Instructions
Slice steak into thin strips.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak with seasoning until golden, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Julienne peppers and slice onions. Sauté in 1 tbsp oil until slightly golden.
Return steak to the pan and toss with vegetables. Serve hot.
Notes
Use a hot skillet for best results and serve with tortillas or rice.
