Easy Steak Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 3 lbs steak
  • 3 tbsp Fajita seasoning

Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1 green bell pepper green bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive or avocado)

Instructions
 

  • Slice steak into thin strips.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak with seasoning until golden, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Julienne peppers and slice onions. Sauté in 1 tbsp oil until slightly golden.
  • Return steak to the pan and toss with vegetables. Serve hot.

Notes

Use a hot skillet for best results and serve with tortillas or rice.
