Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef choose lean for a healthier option

Vegetables

  • 2 cups bell peppers mixed colors
  • 1 medium medium onion yellow or white preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium medium zucchini
  • 2 medium medium carrots sliced thin

Sauces and seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots until tender.
  • Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
