Instructions
Sauté sausage until almost cooked; add peppers and finish cooking. Drain and cool.
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl; add salt and pepper.
Layer sausage mixture and cheese in a greased casserole dish; pour egg mixture on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until set.
Serve hot immediately.
