Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 7×11-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Layer sausage, vegetables, cheese, and bread in dish. Pour egg mixture over.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
