Instructions
Drain and flake the tuna into a bowl.
Add eggs, parmesan, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Shape mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup each.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding some spices or hot sauce to the mixture!
