garlic, minced

basil, chopped

zucchini, shredded

mozzarella cheese, shredded

salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and form walnut-sized meatballs.
Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodler.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
