Instructions
Combine water and milk, warm, add yeast, and let sit 5 minutes.
Mix gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt on low speed.
Add yeast mixture and 3 tbsp olive oil; mix until thick and pourable (~6 min).
Grease skillet, spread batter evenly, drizzle with remaining oil, create indentations, sprinkle salt and rosemary.
Let rise 30 minutes, preheat oven to 350°F (177°C), then bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
Notes
Ensure batter is pourable but not too runny for best texture.
