Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat Flour Use gluten-free oat flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 cup Walnuts Toasting enhances flavor and crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Use semi-sweet mini chips.

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates Medjool dates preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Water Add sparingly to adjust consistency.

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
  • Add the oat flour, toasted walnuts, vanilla extract, salt, and half of the water. Process until combined, adding more water if needed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the mixture into 12 small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
