Add gradually to form dough

Instructions
Activate yeast by mixing warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5-10 min until frothy.
Add olive oil, yogurt, and egg to yeast mixture; whisk well.
Mix in flour and salt gradually until a shaggy dough forms; add more flour if needed.
Knead dough 8-10 min until smooth; let rise 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Divide dough, shape into circles or ovals, brush with melted butter (garlic optional), and rest 15-20 min.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 min until golden; cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with herbs or cheese before baking.
