Instructions
Cook rice in chicken broth with a pinch of salt until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper.

Remove chicken, then add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Slice the cooked chicken, return to skillet, and toss with garlic butter. Serve over rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
