Instructions
In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Transfer dough to a baking sheet, shape into a rectangle, and dimple with fingers.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Notes
For an extra flavorful focaccia, use high-quality olive oil and fresh rosemary.
