Baking Ingredients

  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 120 ml honey
  • 2 pcs carrots, shredded
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 g baking soda
  • 8 g cinnamon
  • 60 g butter, room temperature
  • 5 ml vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180C/300F.
  • Blend all ingredients except shredded carrot until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded carrot.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper, spread the mixture, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding nuts or raisins to the mixture.
