Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add oil and gradually pour in warm water, stirring until dough forms.
  • Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth; rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 8 balls, rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll each ball into a 6-8 inch circle.
  • Cook each tortilla on a hot skillet for 30 seconds per side until golden.

Notes
