Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 3 cups all unbleached purpose flour plus additional for dusting
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ice water

For Cooking

  • 2-3 tablespoons oil for cooking about 2-3 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley about 2 teaspoons

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add water and oil; stir until dough forms. Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 10-12 pieces, flatten each into a ΒΌ inch thick circle.
  • Heat skillet with oil over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Remove and cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure the dough is soft but not sticky for best results.
