Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add water and oil; stir until dough forms. Rest for 10 minutes.

Heat skillet with oil over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Remove and cool slightly before serving.
