Instructions
Slice chicken and pound to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs; dredge in flour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer briefly.
Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, then return chicken to pan. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley. Enjoy!
