Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Dairy

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Produce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Pinch paprika

  • 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice

Seasonings

  • Coarse black pepper black pepper
  • to taste salt

Garnish

  • Freshly chopped parsley parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet, season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp.
  • Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, stir in heavy cream and paprika, simmer 3 minutes.
  • Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, serve over rice, garnish with parsley.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the shrimp for best texture.
