Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet, season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp.
Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, stir in heavy cream and paprika, simmer 3 minutes.
Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, serve over rice, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the shrimp for best texture.
