Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment and spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt butter with oil and 1/3 cup sugar, then cool.
Whisk eggs and remaining sugar, then gradually add the melted butter mixture, whisking continuously.
Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips gently. Pour into pan and smooth.
Bake for 30 minutes, cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For extra fudginess, slightly underbake by a few minutes.
