  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 150 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Cream brown sugar and butter until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  • Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough balls onto the tray, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden, then cool on a wire rack.

Notes

For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them.
