Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cream brown sugar and butter until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop dough balls onto the tray, leaving space for spreading.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden, then cool on a wire rack.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them.
