Instructions
Drain tuna and add to a large bowl. Slice celery and dice onion and apple. Toss all ingredients with tuna, walnuts, and cranberries.
Mix mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make dressing.
Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
Serve over greens, toast, or as a sandwich. Enjoy!
