Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup plain thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Spray

  • 2 teaspoons Avocado or olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2-3 teaspoons powdered sugar or monk fruit for glaze

Instructions
 

  • Sift flour, baking powder, and salt; then mix with Greek yogurt and vanilla to form a dough.
  • Divide dough into 16 balls on a floured surface.
  • Place dough balls in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 350°F for 9 minutes, tossing halfway.
  • Mix milk and powdered sugar to make the glaze.
  • Cool donut holes, dip in glaze, and let the glaze harden before serving.

Notes

Keep an eye on the dough consistency; add more flour or yogurt as needed for best texture.
