Instructions
Pound chicken to even thickness and pat dry.
Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl.
Whisk eggs and milk; dip chicken in flour, then egg wash, then flour again.
Fry chicken in hot oil at 350°F for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Simmer honey, soy, and vinegar; add cornstarch slurry to thicken if desired.
Drizzle honey glaze over chicken and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure oil is at the right temperature for crispy coating.
