  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 dish with parchment.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press into dish and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
