shredded cheddar cheese

breadcrumbs

finely chopped onion

chopped green bell pepper

smoked paprika

dried oregano

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 160°F or 71°C).
Optional: Brush with ketchup and Worcestershire glaze 5 minutes before done.
Let rest a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, serve the Donkey Balls with ranch, BBQ sauce, or hot sauce.
