Instructions
Cook rice noodles as per package, then drain and set aside.
Marinate beef in soy, hoisin, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 10+ minutes.
Stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
Add beef and cook until browned, then toss in noodles and heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
