Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

Noodles

  • 8 oz rice noodles

Sauces & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated

Vegetables

  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds for garnish Sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) Cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice noodles as per package, then drain and set aside.
  • Marinate beef in soy, hoisin, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 10+ minutes.
  • Stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add beef and cook until browned, then toss in noodles and heat for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
