  • 1 teaspoon salt (essential for taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced, use fresh if possible)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped, or use dried at half the amount)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (optional, or substitute with any hard cheese)

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and knead until smooth.
  • Fold in minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes to rise slightly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, then transfer the dough into it.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes after skillet cooking.
