Instructions
Mix warm orange juice, honey, and yeast; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Combine flour, potato flakes, herbs, and salt in a large bowl.
Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
