Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry rice with garlic, salt, and pepper until fragrant, then crispy.
Preheat grill, remove steak from marinade, and grill 4-5 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
Grill pineapple chunks for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
Assemble by placing rice on a plate, topping with sliced beef, grilled pineapple, and garnishes.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple for best flavor and consider marinating the beef overnight for more tenderness.
