Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mix cooked pasta, chicken, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
