Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 medium frozen banana (sliced into chunks before freezing)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or any nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1/4 medium banana (sliced, for topping)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Slice the frozen banana into chunks.
  • Blend banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate as desired.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with sliced banana, peanuts, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
  • Enjoy immediately!
