Ingredients
  

Liquid

  • 250 ml water or unsweetened almond milk

Dry ingredients

  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 15 ml honey or pure maple syrup
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 30 g assorted nuts or seeds

Instructions
 

  • Bring water or almond milk to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Add oats, reduce heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in banana, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with nuts or seeds.

Notes

Feel free to add more nuts for extra crunch and nutrients.
