Ingredients
  

Base

  • 0.5 cup natural almond butter or peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup collagen protein powder / peptides
  • 2.5 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
  • Pinch salt omit if using salted nut butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger optional
  • Pinch cloves optional
  • as needed almond flour / meal, quick oats, or shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond butter, protein powder, molasses, and salt until combined.
  • Add spices if desired and stir until thickened.
  • Form into 1-inch balls and roll in optional coatings.
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
