Instructions
Pound steaks with a meat tenderizer for 5-10 seconds on each side.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a skillet and cook sliced onions until translucent, then remove.
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook 4-5 minutes per side.
Add remaining butter, flour, and whisk for 1 minute; then stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, cook until thickened.
Return steaks and onions to pan, coat with gravy, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the gravy simmer longer to deepen the taste.
