Instructions
Optional: Let cube steaks sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Season steaks with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper; dredge in flour, reserving 2 tbsp.
Cook steaks in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side; set aside. Melt butter, sauté onions with Worcestershire sauce 6 minutes.
Add reserved flour to onions, cook until light brown; gradually stir in beef broth, simmer until thickened.
Add mushrooms, cook 2 minutes; return steaks to skillet, cover with gravy, simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
