Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Wraps and Fillings

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels canned or frozen, thawed
  • 0.5 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Season and cook the chicken with spices in olive oil until heated through.
  • Mix sour cream, salsa, lime juice, and cilantro to make the sauce.
  • Spread sauce on tortillas, add lettuce, tomatoes, corn, beans, onion, cheese, and chicken, then roll up.
  • Optional: toast wraps in a skillet until golden and crispy.
  • Slice in half and serve with extra sauce or salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or a squeeze of lime before serving.
