Instructions
Add broth, soup, garlic, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and vegetables. Mix well.
Place chicken in the sauce, toss to coat, then cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours.
Shred chicken, return to pot, add sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar; stir and cook 30 minutes.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, add to crock pot, and toss to coat.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
