Chicken and Seasonings

  • 4 boneless breasts chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through (165°F/75°C).
  • Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
