Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

Breading

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  • Dip chicken tenderloins in honey mustard mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place coated tenderloins on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs.
