Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken tenderloins in honey mustard mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated tenderloins on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with extra honey mustard sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs.
