  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  • Flip the salmon fillets carefully and brush half of the glaze over the tops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the salmon is thoroughly dried before cooking.
