Instructions
Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Flip the salmon fillets carefully and brush half of the glaze over the tops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.
