Instructions
Coat chicken pieces with eggs and soy sauce, then dredge in cornstarch. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through, then drain on paper towels.
Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and water; simmer. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Toss fried chicken in sauce to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to achieve crispy coating.
