Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Prepare chicken by cleaning and drying. Dredge in wet marinade, then coat thoroughly in dry mix.
Let coated chicken rest a few minutes to set the coating.
Heat oil to 170-180°C (340-355°F). Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8-15 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
