Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Caesar mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For assembly

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 soft buns brioche buns

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in the mixture, shaking off excess.
  • Dip floured chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Stir in chopped romaine lettuce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Assemble sandwiches by spreading the Caesar mayo on the buns, adding a piece of crispy chicken, and topping with additional lettuce if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, let the breaded chicken rest for 10 minutes before frying. You can also bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes if preferred.
