Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken breast chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside. Cook chicken in the same skillet until golden brown and fully cooked. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
  • Crumble the bacon and toss chicken strips with ranch seasoning mixed with water.
  • Spread a mayo-sour cream mixture on the tortilla, layer with ranch-coated chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Cook in a skillet seam-side down until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crispy wrap, cook the tortilla in a skillet with a small amount of oil before assembling.
