Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs in one bowl and mix breadcrumbs with seasonings in another.
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Arrange the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double coating the chicken strips.
