Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken fillets or chicken tenders (cut into strips)

Breading

  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese optional for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • olive oil spray (for coating)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat the eggs in one bowl and mix breadcrumbs with seasonings in another.
  • Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double coating the chicken strips.
