cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in another bowl.
Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Serve with dipping sauces or salad.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
