Instructions
Proof yeast in warm water mixed with sugar for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Mix flour, salt, and olive oil to form sticky dough. Let rise 1-1.5 hours.
Prepare toppings: mince garlic, grate Parmesan, and chop herbs if using.
Stretch dough in oiled pan, dimple with fingers, and top with garlic, cheese, and herbs.
Rise for 20-30 minutes, then bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
