Instructions
Proof the yeast in warm water and sugar for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
Prepare toppings: mince garlic, grate Parmesan, and chop herbs if using.
