  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup self-rising flour or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener or coconut sugar (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetener + 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix protein powder, yogurt, and flour until a sticky dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls; add almond milk if too dry.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket.
  • Air fry for 7–8 minutes until golden and puffed, shaking halfway.
  • Brush warm donut holes with melted coconut oil or almond milk, then roll in cinnamon-sweetener mix.
  • Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
