fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until combined. Add tortellini and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of balsamic vinegar.
