Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes (diced)

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Garlic

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Basil

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until golden.
  • Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through.
  • Toss pasta with sauce and garnish with basil before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
