Instructions
Prepare the Creamy Cheese Dressing by mixing cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and cotija cheese in a bowl.
Cook pasta until al dente, then toss with dressing, romaine lettuce, corn, basil, cilantro, cheddar cheese, and avocado.
Melt butter in a skillet, add smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 1 minute.
Mix mayonnaise or yogurt with lime juice and a pinch of salt for the Lime Mayo Dressing.
Serve the salad warm or cold, drizzled with Lime Mayo Dressing and topped with Chili Butter.
